Chicken and Croutons Soup

Ingredients

  • 150 g lentils
  • 2 liters of water
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 sweet yellow pepper
  • 200 g chicken fillet
  • 50 ml cream
  • 50 g of crackers
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 50 g of greenery
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

  1. Wash the lentils, cover with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Dice the potatoes and place them in a pan with lentils.
  3. Dice onion, carrot, pepper and garlic, then add everything to the pan.
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry the meat well.
  5. When the vegetables are ready, add spices and herbs, then blend the soup with a blender. Approximate time of soup preparation is 45 minutes.
  6. Add the cream and whisk the soup with the blender again.
  7. Serve the cream soup by adding chicken fillet and croutons.

Soup with porcini and vermicelli

Ingredients

  • 100 g of dried mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g chicken thighs
  • 150 g vermicelli
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 50 g of greenery

Preparation

  1. Dry mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for 2 hours. After the specified time, rinse the mushrooms under running water and pour boiling water over for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into 2 halves: finely chop one part and leave the other for broth.
  3. Peeled carrots cut into rings.
  4. Cook the broth from two chicken thighs, carrots and half a bulb.
  5. Throw out the carrots and onions, and take the chicken thighs, finely chop them and send them back to the pan.
  6. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and fry them in vegetable oil with chopped onion.
  7. Send the broth mushrooms with onions. Then bring it to a boil, add vermicelli and spices. Prepare the soup for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve a hearty meal with bread or croutons. Be sure to add some greens.

Chicken Soup with Vegetables and Corn Grits

Ingredients

  • 2.5 l chicken broth
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 grams of corn grits
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 50 g of greenery
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

  1. Prepare the chicken broth, take out the meat, chop it and put it back into the pan.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes, and carrot into rings. Then chop the greens finely.
  3. Send vegetables and corn grits to the broth. Vari 20-25 minutes before the full availability of vegetables and cereals.
  4. At the end of cooking, add cream, spices, chopped greens and chopped meat.
  5. Bring the soup to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit 15 minutes.
  6. Serve the soup with bread or croutons.

Chicken soup with noodles and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 liters of water
  • 200 g chicken legs
  • 150 g fettuccine pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 1 parsley root
  • 50 g chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry herbs

Preparation

  1. Put the chicken legs in the pan, pour them with cold water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add onion, bay leaf and cook broth for 1 hour.
  3. Take the onions and bay leaves from the pan.
  4. Squash carrots and parsley root.
  5. Cut potatoes into small cubes.
  6. Add potatoes, onions, carrots, spices and herbs to the broth.
  7. Bring the soup to a boil and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  8. Take out the chicken legs from the pan,Separate the meat and put it back in the broth.
  9. Add the noodles to the pan and cook the soup for another 15 minutes.
  10. Serve the soup by adding some greenery to it.

Filled soup with meat and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 450 grams of meat (pork, beef)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 g of beans
  • 100 g cabbage
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 4 tbsp. l. tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the onion, preheat the frying pan and fry it in vegetable oil.
  2. Cut the meat into cubes, add to the pan and cook with the onion for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the water into the pan, bring it to a boil and pour the contents of the pan into it.
  4. Boil broth for 1 hour.
  5. Dice the potatoes and carrots.
  6. Add the beans, cabbage, carrots, potatoes and tomato paste to the pan. Cook soup until vegetables are ready.
  7. Remove the soup from the heat and let it infuse for 1 hour.
