During the Angel's diet, stop using sugar, salt, and alcohol. It is better if the greens in the diet will be more than meat. Green leaf lettuce can be replaced with spinach, celery, cabbage, cucumbers or asparagus. Carrots can replace tomato and vice versa. Instead of coffee, you may prefer green or black tea. Steam or boil meat, sometimes with fish, if desired. During the diet, drink only non-carbonated mineral water in an amount of at least 1.5 liters per day. Sample Angel Diet Menu


Day one: breakfast - coffee without sugar, lunch - 2 boiled eggs, 1 tomato and green salad, dinner - a small piece of boiled chicken fillet or lean beef, a portion of spinach.

Fifth day: breakfast - a portion of carrot salad seasoned with lemon juice, lunch - a piece of boiled fish and 1 tomato, dinner - boiled lean beef and a portion of green salad.
Sixth day: breakfast - black coffee with crackers, lunch - boiled chicken fillet and green salad, dinner - a slice of boiled lean beef and green salad, dinner - lean beef and green salad.
The seventh day: breakfast - a cup of unsweetened tea, lunch - a slice of lean pork, cooked on a spit and a portion of green salad,dinner - any food without added sugar and salt, but only in limited quantities.
From the 8th to the 13th day, repeat the diet of the first 6 days in any order.
