Stuffed Apples

Stuffed Applesis a recipe.


  1. large apple 1 pc;
  2. raisins 30 grams;
  3. walnut 30 gr;
  4. Valio Turkish yoghurt 50 ml;
  5. liquid honey 15 gr;
  6. orange peel 1 g;
  7. lemon juice 5 ml.


Wash the apple, cut off the "cover" (part with a tail). Cut the apple core so that the thickness of the apple walls is not less than 0.5 cm. Slice the raisins and walnuts and put them into an apple. Put the apple in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 1800C. For the sauce, mix yogurt, honey, orange zest and lemon juice. While the apple is baking, the sauce should infuse. Ready apple pour sweet sauce.
