Release form and composition

The international unpatented official name of the drug is pipofezin, which is also the main component of the drug. Pipofesin is a yellow-green powder. It is well soluble in water and practically insoluble in alcohol.

The pharmacological group is triceclic antidepressants.

Available in pill form. In one tablet 25 mg of pipofesin hydrochloride. Additional ingredients are:

- starch;

- silica;

- microcrystalline cellulose;

- lactose monohydrate;

- povidone.
