This traditional dish of Latvian cuisine is cooked very quickly and it turns out tasty and nourishing.

Cooking method:

Clean the onions, finely cut and, together with a crushed garlic clove, we pass in vegetable oil. Pour in the broth, sprinkle with herbs and cook for 10 minutes.

Beat the egg with vinegar and mix with two or three tablespoons of hot broth. Then pour a thin stream of egg mixture into the pan and remove it from the heat.

Spread croutons on plates and pour seasoned broth.

By the way, the soup can be prepared without eggs.
