Camembert Pie

You will need
  • For six servings:
  • - puff yeast dough - 250 g;
  • - Camembert cheese - 250 g;
  • - cream - 250 ml;
  • - powdered sugar - 20 g;
  • - ground ginger - 5 g;
  • - two chicken eggs;
  • - pinch of turmeric.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough to the size of the form (take a round shape).
Put the dough in the form, cover it with parchment, fill it with cereal or legumes so that the dough does not rise during baking.
Bake the cake for 15 minutes, then remove the paper with the croup, leave to cool.
Melt Camembert cheese in a water bath, add cream. Mix it up. Add whipped raw eggs, powdered sugar, turmeric, ground ginger. Mix, put on top of the dough.
Reduce the temperature to 190 degrees, bake for 30 minutes, until the cake turns light brown. Immediately serve the finished Camembert pie on the table.
