Cheese Soup with Green Peas


Ingredients

Prepare 1 liter of broth from cubes, finely chop the already boiled cauliflower.

Cheese cakes cut into cubes (the smaller, the better), put the chopped cheese in a small dish, pour two cups of hot broth and grind the cheese in the broth, until the consistency of sour cream, put the resulting mass into boiling broth.

Add cooked cabbage and pour a can of green peas (straight with the liquid). Slowly stirring to let cook for half an hour. Put a tablespoon of butter and let stand 10 minutes.

When serving, it is recommended to sprinkle the dish with finely chopped greens.
