Do-it-yourself dad's birthday card

About how to make a postcard to the Pope on his birthday, at least once in his life every child thinks: in childhood there is always a period when unpretentious self-made souvenirs turn into gifts for the closest people.

An original birthday card for your dad on your birthday can be made by yourself using quilling techniques.

Postcard for your dad on your birthday

This is a rather unexpected decision, as usually gifts for dads have an unassuming look. And the postcard decorated with paper curls turns out to be very airy, festive and in its own solemn manner.

The basis of the work will be a car painted on cardboard or a thick white sheet. We draw by hand or translate from any children's coloring.

Take the yellow paper tape,we twist it into the usual smooth flat roll.

Squeeze this roll from four sides , why it takes the form of a rectangle. We get a car headlight. We make one more such detail.

Glue these shields to the wheels. Due to the depressed upper edge of the wheel, they get up tightly and look natural. We fill the bottom edge with a green paper accordion - like a radiator.

We start spreading green strips of the remaining contours of the car. Strips at the very beginning turn into curls, which we glue to the place of the rear-view mirrors.

Paste the contour

From the white paper tape we roll the rolls, squeeze them and paste them next to the wheels. The discs are produced.
