Fruit New Year's Jelly Cake

Fruit New Year's Jelly Cakeis a recipe.


for sponge cake:

  1. 3 eggs;
  2. 0.5 cup of sugar;
  3. 1 tsp. soda;
  4. 1 cup (200g) of flour.

for the filling:

  1. 3 oranges;
  2. 3 mandarins;
  3. 150 grams of pineapples;
  4. 150 grams of bananas.

for cream:

  1. 50 grams of gelatin;
  2. 1 bag of vanilla;
  3. 900 grams of sour cream 10%;
  4. 1 cup of sugar.


Gelatin is dissolved in water according to the instructions. After 40-60 minutes, preheat (do not boil) until completely dissolved. Cool.

From eggs, sugar, soda and flour, knead dough for a simple sponge cake. Bake the biscuit at 1800C for 15 min. The cooled biscuit is cut into squares measuring 1.5x1.5 cm.

Oranges and tangerines are peeled, tangerines are divided into segments, oranges are cut in circles. Pineapples and banana cut into cubes.
