Honey toffeeis a recipe.
- 300 grams of sugar;
- 120 grams of honey;
- 120 g of butter
- 250 ml of heavy cream or sour cream.
Mix honey and sugar in a dipper and set on a small fire. Bring to a boil and cook to amber color, about 7-10 minutes.
We add parts of the oil at room temperature. Pour in hot cream.
Cook to the desired consistency. We check for readiness: dripping a couple of drops of our mixture on a cold surface, let it harden and try, if the consistency is fine.
A tray or a tray is covered with parchment, it is well oiled, otherwise it will adhere to candy firmly. Pour the finished mixture and let cool, but not completely. Another soft iris cut with a knife into squares. Give cool completely.
