Hot Triangle Pita Appetizer

Hot Appetizer from Triangle Pitais a recipe.


  1. 1 thin pita;
  2. 200 grams of cheese;
  3. 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  4. 3 cloves of garlic;
  5. 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (for frying).


Grate the cheese. Pita bread cut into large triangles. Garlic skip through the press. Pour lavash with mayonnaise, add a little garlic, cheese. Collapse the triangle, twist the ends.
