How to cook a cake "Snickers"

You will need
  • - 125 g of flour;
  • - 70 g butter;
  • - 70 g of sugar;
  • - 70 ml of milk;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • - 300 g of boiled condensed milk;
  • - a pinch of salt.
  • Caramel:
  • - 3 tbsp. boiled condensed milk.
  • Glaze:
  • - 50 g of milk chocolate;
  • - 70 g salted peanuts.
Remove the oil from the refrigerator about 40 minutes before the start of the cooking process: it should soften. In the meantime, the oven is heated to a temperature of 180 degrees and greased with a butter cake pan.
Mix the softened butter with a mixer to an airy consistency with added sugar. One by one, beat the eggs, each time carefully mixing.
Mix flour with baking powder and add to the mixture of butter and eggs and milk, alternating in two stages. Add condensed milk and whisk again to a smooth consistency.
Pour the dough into the prepared form and send to the oven for 40 minutes. Completely cool the finished cupcake.
When the cake is completely cool, 3 tbsp.Heat spoons of boiled condensed milk over medium heat and pour cooled cupcake with it. Let it freeze (you can even put it in the fridge to make the process faster).
Then chop the salted peanuts. Milk chocolate break into pieces, put in a small saucepan and put in a water bath.
