How to cook chicken rolls stuffed with bell pepper

You will need
  • A pound of chicken fillet.
  • 2 large tomatoes.
  • 2 bell peppers (we have - red).
  • 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.

First, process the vegetables. With tomatoes, remove the skin, pre-scalded them. Also, they should be cut into cubes. Bulgarian pepper is also pre-processed. We do not remove the skin from it, but we need to pull out the seed box from it, and cut the stalk. Pepper, too, cut into slices, exactly. It is also recommended to cut into cubes, like tomatoes. If you like fried onions - peel, chop and fry it in the same pan, in oil, and then go to the stage of quenching.
Put the prepared vegetables in a skillet, to which we first add some water. Add a little salt, optionally nutmeg, basil. It takes some time to simmer the vegetables - about 15 minutes, not more.
Now proceed to the chicken fillet. It must be processed - repelled, chopped, repulsed again. To taste salt and pepper. Put the vegetables on the slices. Pour sunflower oil on baking sheet. If the filling is enough, it can be spread over rolls. All we send to prepare in the oven. On average, the baking time is about 40 minutes at an average temperature. It is necessary to heat the furnace to 200-250 degrees.
