How to cook fish with vegetables on skewers

You will need
  • - 250 g salmon fillet;
  • - 200 g perch or pollock fillets;
  • - 2 bell peppers;
  • - zucchini;
  • - 7-10 cherry tomatoes;
  • - 10 pitted olives;
  • - 150 g broccoli;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - lemon;
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil;
  • - 6 allspice peppers.
Cook the marinade. To do this, mix in a separate container lemon juice, olive oil and allspice. Let the marinade stand for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the pre-washed fish fillets into small cubes. Put in a deep dish, salt and pour the marinade. Leave on for 20 minutes, periodically mixing the pieces very carefully.
While the fish is pickled, wash the vegetables. Zucchini and bell pepper cut into cubes.
