How to cook:

  5. Over the entire surface of the turkey with a knife we ​​make cuts and push garlic in them.
  6. Now prepare the marinade for turkey.Oil combine with all the spices. Their number depends on your taste and the size of the carcass.
  7. To the oil squeeze out 3 cloves of garlic, we put the coriander seeds and a pinch of rosemary.
  8. As it should, smear all the carcass with a marinade and wrap it in a food film or bag.
  9. Sent in the cold for 10-15 hours.
