How to make a diet banana cottage cheese casserole

You will need
  • - 400 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 4 ripe bananas;
  • - 2 tbsp. cane sugar;
  • - 2 tbsp. semolina;
  • - 2 tbsp. bran;
  • - 2 tbsp. flax;
  • - 2 tbsp. granulated blueberry jelly.
Grind flax in a coffee grinder or kitchen processor. Bran also grind for greater tenderness of the finished product.
Bananas can also be mashed with a processor. Add cottage cheese and cane sugar and mix to a smooth, uniform consistency. If your curd is granular, I recommend rubbing it through a sieve: then the consistency of the finished dish will resemble the most delicate cheesecake!
Add flax, bran, jelly in granules and semolina to the banana-cottage cheese mixture. To stir thoroughly.
Preheat oven for 180 degrees. Split the split form with baking paper or smear it with vegetable oil (if you bake in silicone, it is enough just to sprinkle it with water). Put the mass in the form and send to the oven for half an hour.Let cool in the form and serve! It is also good not only warm, but also chilled, so it can be made from the evening for breakfast. If your family members do not adhere to the diet, sprinkle baking with powdered sugar (as in the title photo) or pour condensed milk.
