The star of the series “Friends” tells in an interview that she plays sports every day, except for Sunday, when she takes a break. Jen does not really like cardio, but she could find a solution. “I get tired of the same activity, so I’m doing this: I spend 15 minutes on the bike, another 15 minutes on the treadmill, and another 15 minutes on the ellipse,” she shared with People. “It is important to accelerate blood and train the cardiovascular system!” Regarding the secrets of her diet, Jen advises: “Eat as much organic fruit and vegetables as possible, reduce the amount of sugar to a minimum, drink tons of water and get enough sleep.”
