  • flour - 1 glass
  • water - 750 ml
  • olive oil - 120 ml
  • lemon juice - 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • dry mustard - 3 tbsp. l.
  • salt - 1.5 tsp.
  • sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.

Such proportions are ideal for a large family or for cooking festive dishes - in the end, you will have 1 liter of ready-made homemade mayonnaise. If you do not need so much mayonnaise, cook it on a polreccept.

The recipe for lean mayonnaise

Now proceed directly to the mixing of all the ingredients. Cooking this lean mayonnaise is best in a small saucepan.

Pour the flour into the bowl. Pour one glass of water into it and mix well to avoid lumps. After that, pour in the rest of the water and send the pan to the stove. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, bring to a thick state. By the time it takes about five minutes. Set aside the pan with flour, let it cool completely.

We take another container, pour olive oil into it, add mustard, lemon juice, salt and sugar.
