Salmon zucchini rolls
It will be required (for 4 portions - 8 pieces):
salmon fillet - 200 g
Zucchini (zucchini can be) - 1 pc.
dill or parsley - 1 sprig
ground pepper mixture
Instead of salmon, you can use salmon, trout. Salted fish is also suitable, but in this case, do not add the slices of zucchini
1.Wash zucchini, cut into very thin wide strips.
2.Cut salmon fillet into small pieces, salt and pepper.
3.Wrap the bars in zucchini strips, chop them with skewers, put them on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 170 ° C.
