Salad "Romantic Breakfast"


You will need:



  • celery - 2 stalks;

  • grapefruit - 2 pcs .;

  • Apple - 1 pc .;

  • Tomato - 1 pc .;

  • ham - 200 grams;

  • cream - 3 tbsp .;

  • parsley - 2 sprigs;

  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.

  • honey - 1 tsp.

  • pine nuts - 1 tbsp.

  • rye or wheat bread slices for toast - 3 pcs.


Cooking


Wash green celery stalks, remove hard veins from above and cut into thin circles. Rinse the grapefruit thoroughly in cold water. Then rinse with boiling water. Cut each grapefruit into 2 pieces. Carefully remove the pulp, free it from the films and seeds. Cut the grapefruit flesh into small pieces.


Peel the apple from the seeds, cut into thin small slices. Mix with celery and grapefruit. Finely chop the ham into cubes. Tomato wash, dry and cut into small pieces. Add ham and tomato to celery.


Mix mayonnaise with rich cream and honey. Rinse the parsley with cold water and lightly dry. Bread fry in a toaster or dry in the oven.


Put the salad in half a grapefruit. Pour over the sauce, sprinkle with pine nuts. Garnish with greens and serve with warm toasts.


Salad "Fruit Delight"


You will need:



  • grapes - 10 berries;

  • yogurt - 200 g;

  • walnuts - 0.5 st .;

  • lettuce leaves - 3-4 pieces;

  • Kiwi - 1 pc .;

  • Red Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;

  • Apple - 1 pc.

  • cheese - 50 g;

  • L. Canned pineapple slices - 3 tbsp.


Cooking


Wash green apple, cut and remove the core. Grate the apple on a coarse grater. Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices. Cut each grape berry into halves. Cut the cheese into thin strips. Grind walnuts with a knife or blender.


Rinse green lettuce leaves in cold water and dry on a towel for 10 minutes. Then pick up the salad in your hands in large pieces.


Slice sweet Bulgarian pepper into thin strips. Mix cheese, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Add lettuce leaves. Season with creamy yogurt. Put the salad and decorate with greens.
