Openwork pancakes with scrambled eggs, herbs and cheese

You will need:

For the dough:

  • milk - 200 ml
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 80 g
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt and sugar to taste

For the preparation of the filling:

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • milk - 1 cup,
  • flour - 1 tsp,
  • greenery
  • grated cheese - 100 g

First, knead the dough on the pancakes. Take a bowl and mix eggs with sugar, add flour, pour milk in a trickle. Well beat all the ingredients with a mixer.

We take a plastic bottle and make a small hole in it. Turn on the stove. Grease the pan with sunflower oil and heat. Now we pour the dough out of the bottle as follows: we draw a circle around the pan and make a grid so that the pancakes are openwork. Fry on both sides.

When finished baking openwork pancakes, make the filling - omeletno-cheese pancakes. To do this, beat the eggs, add warm milk, a little flour, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, chopped greens, grated cheese and salt to taste. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake.

Then put omeletno-cheese pancake on an open pancake and roll it up.
