Semolina on juice

Grape juice0.5 litersSemolina0.5 stackSugar1/4 stackSyruptaste

Mix the semolina with sugar. We put the juice (not necessarily grape, but preferably homemade) on the fire, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to minimum. Mix the semolina and sugar in a thin stream and pour into the juice, stirring continuously. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes, without interrupting. Turn off the fire, but continue to stir porridge for another 2 minutes. Spread the semolina in molds, cool. When serving, you can pour syrup or jam, decorate with berries.
