We take the meat out of the fridge, let it warm up, rub it with salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

Fry on the grill over the coals.

Served with spicy tomato sauce. Preparing the sauce: onion in half rings and minced garlic lightly passaged. Turn the tomatoes into a puree using a blender and, along with the juice, spread to the onions with garlic. When the mixture is well warmed, add the remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
