Tea Bag Cookiesis a recipe.
- flour 1 3/4 cup;
- baking powder 1/8 tsp.;
- salt 1/2 tsp;
- butter 175 gr;
- Peanut Butter 7.5 tbsp. l.;
- Sugar 5 tbsp. l.;
- brown sugar 6 tbsp. l.;
- 3/4 tsp vanillin;
- egg 1 piece;
- chocolate 170 gr.
Mix flour and soda. Beat the mixer with butter and peanut butter, sugar, vanillin. We drive in an egg and slowly pour in the flour mixture. Beat at low speed until smooth. We put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, roll out.
Cut out cookies in the shape of a tea bag. Make a hole for the thread, put it on a baking tray and bake at 1500C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Melt the chocolate and dip the cooled bags half in chocolate.
Insert the thread and serve tea.
