Ingredients:
  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • prunes - 150 g;
  • eggs - 5 pieces;
  • walnut kernels - 70 g;
  • mayonnaise.
How to cook:
  1. Boil chicken fillet in salted water. After cooling, cut into strips.
  2. Cook hard-boiled eggs from the shell. Pass the yolks through a small grater, and the proteins through a large one.
  3. Drain prunes with water, pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes. Drain the liquid, and swollen dried fruits cut into strips like cucumbers. Chop the walnuts with a knife.
  4. It remains to form a salad. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. The sequence of layers: put chicken, prunes and walnuts, grated squirrels, cucumbers on the bottom of a transparent salad bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the formed dish with grated yolks and decorate with greens.

Ingredients:
  • green apples - 2 pieces;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • bow - 1 head;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • lemon juice, salt, greens, mayonnaise.
Cooking:
  1. Cut the peeled onion into small pieces, pour boiling water over it. After two minutes, rinse in cold water. As a result, bitterness will disappear.
  2. Peel the apples, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice. If this is not done, they will darken.
  3. Chop hard-boiled eggs into cubes, pass the cheese through a grater, and chop the greens. Preparations complete.
  4. Put chopped onion at the bottom of the plate, salt it. Top chopped eggs. Engage mayonnaise by drawing a mesh.

Ingredients:
  • ham - 150 g;
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • lettuce leaves - 150 g;
  • olive oil - 70 ml;
  • French mustard - 1 tsp;
  • wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • pepper, salt.
Cooking:
  1. Cook hard-boiled eggs, ham, cucumbers and peppers chopped into cubes, let the cheese through the grater, and break the salad with your hands.
  2. Cook the sauce. Combine olive oil with vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, mix.
  3. Combine prepared foods in a salad bowl, mix. After adding the sauce, mix again.

Before serving, lay out in portions, decorate with herbs and vegetable figures. If there is no wine vinegar, use apple vinegar. The taste will not change.

Easy recipe with crab sticks

The main advantage of the recipe is the availability of the ingredients used. This is important, because not every family has an unlimited New Year budget, and everyone wants to see as many goodies as possible on the holiday table.

Ingredients:
  • crab sticks - 200 g;
  • canned corn - 1 can;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • boiled rice - 0.5 cup;
  • green onions - 50 g;
  • mayonnaise, salt, pepper.
Cooking:
  1. Flip the preserved corn into a colander and place in a large bowl.Add finely chopped crab sticks.
  2. Pour green onions, lightly dry, finely chop. Together with chopped boiled eggs, combine with other products.
  3. Boil the rice to drain in a colander, add to the salad. Stir, put mixed with pepper and salt mayonnaise, mix again.

If you want to surprise guests, serve to the table in avocado halves. Such a presentation will increase the appetite. Just do not forget to decorate with sprigs of dill.
