Tomatoes in a mysterious marinade

A few years ago, I met this recipe from a friend while preparing for a party. She opened a jar of tomatoes, offered to try, we tried the tomatoes ... then the pickle ... and did not carry the tomatoes to the holiday table, all eaten in the kitchen.

So here we go.

We select tomatoes of the same size, any way you like. My, we stack in the sterilized banks. Usually I marina in one or one and a half liter, but this is according to other recipes. I use only three-liter jars for this recipe (when you try, you will understand why).

Further. Pour boiling water, stand for 5 -7 minutes, pour into a saucepan, add per serving of the infused infusion from each 3-liter jar: 2.5 tablespoons of salt, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 5 cloves, 10 peas of black pepper, a pinch of ground red pepper , 2 bay leaves, 2 peeled garlic cloves.

We bring everything to a boil, at the moment of boiling we pour 1 tablespoon of vinegar essence and vodka into the brine, pour it into the jar, roll it up, turn it over.

After cooling, turn back and store, as they used to.

The taste is extraordinary, the pickle is drunk as a pleasant drink.
